Happy that my back pain has subsided for a while. My goodness! It felt like someone jammed swords under my left shoulder blade and just left them there! I hate when the weather flares my old injuries. That is from the car accident I had in 1998. It is still tender, so I have to be extremely conscious of how I sit, stand, walk, whatever today as to not reaggravate the searing, burning, stabbing pain. Yesterday, I went on a mini date with myself and got a frappucino while doing errands. Then me
